Cancellation Policy

Reiki and Coaching 1:1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a Reiki or Coaching 1:1 for any reason must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date (excluding COVID-19 or Flu).

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your appointment date for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu related reasons), you will be charged a cancellation fee (100% of your appointment fee). To cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please respond to your automated text reminder, or contact us by phone on 0434 565 346, or by email at hello@melbournereikiandwellness.com.au.

 

Starter Pack, ‘3-Pack’, or ‘5-Pack’ Session Packages

If you have purchased a multi-session package and then cancel after attending one or more sessions and still have sessions remaining, you will be refunded part of the multi-session fee. However, the sessions used will be charged at the single session fee for 3-pack (not at the multi-session fee), or at a fee proportionate to the sessions used (for a 5-pack). An administration fee of $15 will apply to any refunds.

 

COVID-19 / Flu Cancellation Policy

If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or the Flu prior to your Reiki or Coaching session, you must promptly notify us. You can do a Distant Reiki or Coaching session instead, or if not possible, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

 

Reiki Courses (Reiki Level 1, 2, 3a)

If a course is cancelled by the attendee for any reason up to 7 days prior to the course date, course fees may be transferrable to a friend for the same course date, or a full refund given, less a $25 administration fee.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course date for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu related reasons), course fees are non-refundable.

If a course is cancelled by us due to COVID-19 or Flu, the course will be rescheduled to another date. If you cannot attend this new date for any reason, you will be given the option of attending another future course date, or receiving a full refund of your course fee.

In the event of cancellation by the attendee due to a Covid-related reason or Flu, you will be required to book into a course on a future date, or put the money towards Reiki healing sessions or other services offered by Melbourne Reiki and Wellness. Course fees are non-refundable.

 

Workshops

If a workshop is cancelled by the attendee for any reason up to 7 days prior to the course date, course fees may be transferrable to a friend for the same course date, or a full refund given.

If cancellation by the attendee occurs within 7 days of the workshop date for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu related reasons), course fees are non-refundable.

If a workshop is cancelled by us due to COVID-19 or Flu, the course will be rescheduled to another date. If you cannot attend this new date for any reason, you will be given the option of attending another future workshop date, or receiving a full refund of your workshop fee.

In the event of cancellation by the attendee due to a Covid-related reason or Flu, you will be required to book into a course on a future date, or put the payment for the workshop towards a Reiki healing, or another service offering by Melbourne Reiki & Wellness. Workshop fees are non-refundable.

 

Reiki Mastership

If a 1:1 session is cancelled by the Reiki Master for any reason, the session will be rescheduled. In the event a 1:1 session is cancelled by the student for any reason, the session will be rebooked for another date. We require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, and will endeavour to provide the same to the student.

If a Reiki Level 1 or 2 Course (in which the student is assisting) is cancelled by the Reiki Master due to a COVID-19 or Flu-related reason, the course will be rescheduled to another date. If the student cannot attend this new date for any reason, they will be required to assist on another course date instead.

If the student cancels when assisting on a Reiki Course due to COVID-19 or Flu, the student will be required to assist on a future course date instead.

If a Reiki Mastership Course is cancelled by the student due to change of mind or for any other reason up to 7 days prior to the first session, course fees may be refunded, less a $35 administration fee.

If cancellation by the student occurs less than 7 days of the first session booking due to change of mind or for any other reason, course fees may be refunded, less $50 administration fee.

If cancelled by the student during the period of the course, monies may be refunded for the remaining sessions at the discretion of Melbourne Reiki and Wellness, less $200 processing and administration fee.

 

Reiki Shares / Reiki Healer Community Circle

If the Reiki Share / Community Circle is cancelled by us due to a COVID-19 or Flu-related reason, the Share / Community Circle will be rescheduled to another date. If the attendee cannot attend this new date, you will be given the option of attending another future Share / Community Circle date or receiving a full refund of your Share fee.

If cancelled by the attendee due to a COVID-19 or Flu-related reason, you will be given the option to book into a Share / Community Circle on a future date or put the payment towards a Reiki healing, or another service offering by Melbourne Reiki and Wellness. Share / Community Circle fees are non-refundable.

If cancelled by the attendee for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu-related reasons) at least 24 hours prior to the Share / Community Circle date, you will be given the opportunity to book into a Share / Community Circle on a future date, or a full refund will be given, less processing fee of $10.

If cancelled by the attendee less than 24 hours prior to the Share / Community Circle date (excluding COVID-19 or Flu-related reasons), the Share / Community Circle fee will be non-refundable.

 

Retreat

If cancelled by us due to a COVID-19 or Flu-related reasons, the Retreat will be rescheduled to another date. If you cannot attend this new date, you will be given the option of attending another future Retreat date, or receiving a full refund of the Retreat fee.

If cancelled by the attendee due to a COVID-19 or Flu-related reason, you will be required to book into a Retreat on a future date, or you will forfeit your 50% deposit.

If cancelled by the attendee for any reason (excluding COVID-19 or Flu-related reasons) at least 30 days prior to the Retreat date, the Retreat fees may be transferrable to a friend for the same course date, or a full refund given, less administration fee of $50.

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the Retreat date due to a change of mind or for any other reason (excluding COVID-19 of Flu-related reasons), course fees will be non-refundable.
