Different Ways To Use Reiki
There are many different ways to use Reiki! Reiki healing does not need to be limited to 1:1 healing with a Reiki client. Reiki is universal life force energy, and since everything is energy, we can use Reiki for pretty much…everything!
Reiki Level 1 ‘Shoden’
During Reiki Level 1, you will be attuned to Reiki energy through a Reiki Level 1 attunement. This activates your innate healing capacity, and allows you to connect with Reiki energy. You will also learn how to Reiki yourself, as well as practice Reiki on your family and friends. During this Reiki course, you’ll learn the basics of energy healing, asking consent, setting your intention, and how to close at the end of a session. We’ll cover the 5 Reiki Principles and how they can help you. You’ll also learn all about the chakras, and how to use the chakras during a Reiki healing.
Reiki Level 2 ‘Okuden’
Reiki Level 2 will help you dive deeper into your connection with Reiki! You’ll receive a Reiki Level 2 attunement, which will attune you to 3 Reiki symbols. We will go through how to use the symbols, their energy, and which symbols to use in different scenarios. You’ll also learn to trust your intuition when giving Reiki to yourself or a client. During this Reiki course, we will also cover different ways to use Reiki.
Different Uses for Reiki
Reiki can be used to clear spaces, including your house, workplace, car, and anywhere else! It’s incredible for clearing negative energy, any unwanted spirits, and boosting the vibration into a more positive frequency. You’ll also learn how to beam Reiki to people or things you are unable to touch, as well as Distant Reiki. We will go through how to use Reiki to help heal past situations and traumas, as current situations. This is truly transformational, and is a tool you can put to use immediately after the course!
Reiki Level 3a ‘Reiki Master Practitioner’
The next level of Reiki, is Reiki Master Practitioner. This course is a bridge between Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Mastership ‘Shinpiden’. Over the weekend, you’ll learn the Usui Master symbol, be attuned to this symbol, and learn how to use it. One amazing tool you’ll learn during this Reiki Level 3a course is how to use Reiki to help manifest your desires! This is a favourite of students who participate in this course. There will also be lots of hands on practice, and a chance to both give and receive Reiki. You’ll walk out feeling more confident and practiced in the art of Reiki healing.
Reiki Mastership ‘Shinpiden’
If you choose to go even further on your Reiki journey, the next level is Reiki Mastership ‘Shinpiden’. This is a 12 month mentorship with me, where you will be coached and mentored personally. You’ll learn 2 new symbols, how to attune Reiki students to Reiki energy, and how to give Reiju, a spiritual blessing. You’ll be attuned as a Reiki Master Teacher, and have the opportunity to assist on my Reiki Courses. This mentorship gives guidance on how to write your own Reiki manuals, to prepare you to teach your own Reiki course. You’ll also have opportunities to be involved in other Melbourne Reiki & Wellness events and Community Circles. You can read more about this mentorship here.
How I personally use Reiki
Personally, I love that there are so many different ways to use Reiki! I will practice self-Reiki most mornings, and also Reiki meditations. I will Reiki my plants, crystals, supplements, and anything else that I feel needs a little boost! Reiki-ing my house is a regular occurrence, especially my Reiki room from which I see many clients. I will also Reiki particular situations that I feel could use a little more positive energy. Once you complete Reiki Level 3, you might also choose to use Reiki to manifest your desires, something I do regularly! There are also many other ways to use Reiki, which I will introduce you to as you do the higher Reiki courses.
Reiki Courses are transformational
Undertaking a Reiki Course is exciting, enlightening, and transformational! Many students feel a huge lift shift after Reiki Level 1 especially. If the ship of your life is travelling in one direction, often after a Reiki Course, you might find the ship changes direction! Sometimes you will have a clear pathway ahead. Other times, you might find yourself travelling blind for awhile. Either way, the possibilities are exciting and open to those who choose them.
