No prerequisites. This is your first step to learning Reiki!

This Reiki Level 1 course is the first step in learning Reiki. In this 2-day workshop, you will activate your inner energy healing capacity, and learn techniques for channelling energy for the purposes of healing. You will be introduced to the history and lineage of Reiki, find out exactly what Reiki is and how it works, and learn how to perform Reiki treatments on yourself and others. You will also receive 2x Reiki Level 1 attunements, as well as Reiju (spiritual blessing). This Reiki Level 1 course also includes a separate workshop on Day 2 ‘Reiki + the Chakras’.

This Reiki Level 1 course is recognised by the Australian Reiki Connection.

Reiki and the Chakras

3.5 hours (Day 2: 1.30-5.00pm)

The chakras are not traditionally part of the Japanese Usui System of Reiki (but rather stem from Indian traditions), and as such are designed as a separate workshop to preserve the appropriate Reiki lineage structure. In this workshop you will learn what chakras are, the 7 major chakras and their properties, and how to use chakras in Reiki. You will also both give and receive a chakra balancing Reiki healing. This Reiki workshop is experiential and hands on, and you will have plenty of time to practice Reiki healing with the Chakras.
